LAS VEGAS — World Market Center is welcoming 17 new permanent tenants, 12 expanded showrooms and 300 new and returning temporary exhibitors at next week's Las Vegas Market. They join a roster of more than 1,400 exhibitors and product lines. Additionally, more than 100 permanent tenants have renewed their leases, including 26 relocations.
"We are pleased with our extraordinary growth in recent showroom expansions, renewals and new exhibitors - which is especially meaningful in this environment as manufacturers are expecting new business solutions, marketing partnerships and relentless value," said Bob Maricich, the WMC's president and CEO.
Maricich added that a positive energy has been building for the first September market in Las Vegas, evidenced by increasing registrations and more product introductions across all categories.
One newbie is the newly merged Midwest-CBK, formed earlier this year in a merger of home accents, decor and gift sources Midwest of Cannon Falls and CBK.
