City of Hope hosts honorees Jeff Seaman, Levitz family on tours

DUARTE, Calif. — Spirit of Life Award co-honoree Jeff Seaman, CEO of Top 100 store Rooms To Go, recently visited the City of Hope National Medical Center campus here.

Seaman and Bob Sherman, CEO of Serta Mattress, will be honored in April at the Spirit of Life Award presentation during the spring High Point Market. The gala dinner will take place April 22 at Grandover Resort in Greensboro, N.C. The Spirit of Life Award recognizes outstanding business leadership and philanthropic achievements.

Also touring the campus recently were members of the Levitz family, which will be honored at the West Cost Golf and Tennis Tournament benefiting City of Hope, set for June 4 in Coto de Caza, Calif. The family, which has been part of American furniture retailing for more than a century, will be honored for its business achievements and philanthropic contributions through the generations.
