Mac Motion Chairs promotes Tony McCracken to sales post

New Smyrna Beach, Fla. — Mac Motion Chairs, a resource for glider rockers and other specialty chairs, has named Anthony "Tony" McCracken to the newly created post of national sales manager.
He will oversee the company's 32 U.S. sales territories as well as its new quick-ship program.
McCracken reports to his father, President Butch McCracken.
The younger McCracken previously worked as a sales and marketing assistant at specialty chair producer Relax-R, a company co-founded by his father.
Separately, Mac Motion Chairs said it has formed partnerships with two distributors to market the company's products in Canada and the northeastern United States. Glideaction Inc., based in Magog, Quebec, will be responsible for Canada, and New Hampshire-based Sunset Trading will be responsible for nine Northeast states.
