Company enters the market with new line of eco-friendly memory foam mattresses made in the United States with natural plant-based bio oils, replacing petroleum in traditional foam mattresses. Covers are hypo-allergenic. Mattresses are made in the U.S. and are vacuum sealed. They can be shipped directly to the end user via UPS. An eight-inch mattress retails for $999. Ten-inch mattress retails at $1,349. Twelve-inch mattress retails at $1,799.

• Adding plush model to eXtended Life bedding line for plus-size sleepers, with progressive-resistance latex. Also adding model to that line with a temperature-regulating cover. The models are expected to retail from $2,199 to $2,499.

• Producer has re-engineered its Natural Response collection to incorporate more natural components, including latex, soy-based foams, cotton, bamboo and rayon, and all-wood platform foundations. Retails range from $1,199 to $2,999.

• Adding foam-encased model with an individually wrapped coil system to Laura Ashley Value line, retailing at $499.

Marketing programs: New promotions include a Laura Ashley gift-with-purchase program, an array of gift cards that retailers can promote, and a chance to win a $10,000 in-home Laura Ashley bedroom makeover.

They use the company's exclusive PureFlow filter. And the company is also revitalizing its core OmniGuard mattress and pillow protection products.

• ShipShape adjustable bed base has wired remote control and a lift capacity of 425 pounds. Bed can be shipped via UPS or FedEx and is available in twin extra long, queen and king sizes, with retails starting at about $1,000. The height from the base to the top of the platform is 16 inches.

• Talalay latex pillow retails for $79 in standard size.

• Introducing Lavender Comfort, part of a new homeopathic collection which touts the benefits of essential oils from plants. Lavender Comfort is a two-sided mattress that offers customizable comfort, with one side offering firmer support and the other offering a softer, more plush feel. It retails for $1,899 in queen.

• Lamborghini-licensed mattress line, retailing from $1,999 to $4,500, features memory foam.

Natura

Introducing new organic, natural and green mattresses, as well as two levels of mattress protectors. Also offering option of split-top construction on all mattresses used with an adjustable base. Also debuting new NexGel line of gel-cushioned mattresses.

• New promotional line features best sellers from the company's "best buy" program. Seventh Heaven Bed program will retail from $599 to $999, and will be backed by a full offering of retail support materials.

• Also remerchandising its Health Rest line, featuring products from $699 to $1,199. Constructions will include latex, memory foam and the company's patented magnetic sleep technology — all in eco-friendly designs.

Sealy

Stearns & Foster Heritage series expands S&F line with higher-priced models. The Golden Elegance model has golden inset panels with black trim, Pearl Grandeur has rose trim, and Silver Dream has dark gray trim. Cushioning materials include silk, white cashmere, merino wool and horsehair. Retails range from $2,999 to $3,999.

Trump Home mattress line features Trump name on fabric labels and on mattress borders. Trump's crest is featured on an accent pillow and is also woven into the ticking on a sleep set retailing for $1,000. There are 12 innerspring beds in the Trump Home line, and five specialty models. All retail from $799 to $1,499. The beds can all be used with adjustable bedding bases. The line includes beds cushioned with convoluted foam, memory foam, latex and Serta's Quilted KoolComfort memory foam. The knit covers on the beds feature gold accents.

Simmons

• Introducing ComforPedic Loft, a line extension to its specialty sleep portfolio designed to reach a new consumer base with lower price points, starting at $999. The collection has been under development for more than a year and targets individuals interested in the latest sleep technologies. The line gives retailers a variety of merchandising options, including various comfort/aesthetic combinations, and is backed by a full range of in-store materials.

• Also introducing new Beautyrest Exceptionale models featuring a tan and plum color scheme, retailing from $1,599 to $1,999.

Therapedic

• New ComfortTouch line is made exclusively for Therapedic by its China licensee, Stylution. The six-number line starts at $699 and tops out at $1,499. The line features an exclusive Dyna-Flo Air Lock Insulator, a three-dimensional mesh fabric bonded to the top of the upholstery, allowing for improved air circulation on the surface of the mattress and thus providing a cooler sleep surface. The line features a combination of memory foam and encased coils. The top model is a 14-inch mattress that is hand-tufted.

• Updated Innergy 2 line features three models retailing from $699 to $999 — all two-sided.

• Also adding $699 model to BackSense collection, featuring the company's exclusive HourGlass Back Support feature that adds 18% more firmness to the shoulder and hip areas, and 13% more support to the lumbar zone.

• Also showing new models in the PureTouch latex line. The revamped collection features a five-piece queen set that incorporates 11.5 inches of latex. It retails at $2,499. The set contains split box springs with separate mattresses, topped with a 4.5-inch latex duvet. King sets also come in five-piece configurations.
