Rizzy Home announces three new hires

Handmade rugs, textiles and furniture manufacturer Rizzy Home has named its first vice president of textiles and two new regional sales managers.
Jim Breibach has joined the company as vice president of textiles, a newly created position, and will report directly to Mark Ferullo, vice president of Rizzy Home. Breibach, a seasoned multifaceted purchasing professional, comes to Rizzy Home from Quality Procurement Group, where he was director of purchasing. Over the past 33 years, he has "achieved success on many different levels and brings a wealth of knowledge from past roles as a vice president, senior buyer and e-commerce merchant," according to a release.
"Rizzy Home is an untapped resource of top quality products for the mass merchants today as we bring cutting edge designs and colors with great attention to detail," Breibach said.
Sheila Altenstadter, Rizzy Home's director of textiles, will continue to develop new business opportunities while concentrating more on sales and will also report directly to Ferullo.
Larry Hedrick has been named the Midwest regional sales manager, along with rent to own channel of distribution across the country. "Larry has had an immediate impact on our business since joining us in late January, and we look forward to his continued success," Ferullo said.
Hedrick, a rug industry veteran is the principal of Hedrick Enterprises, and most recently represented Karastan/Mohawk. Earlier, he was the president of Lifestyles USA, director of merchandising for Rug Studio and Smith & Noble and vice president of Bernsen's Oriental Rugs. Hedrick will report directly to Kevin Welch, national sales manager of Rizzy Home.
Joe Barkley has been named the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regional sales manager, with additional responsibilities for national accounts and will be headquartered in Calhoun, Ga. "Barkley's vast experience will be an asset in product development, sales leadership, account development and management," Ferullo said.
Most recently, Barkley was executive vice president for Kaleen. Earlier, he held executive and sales management positions with Shaw Industries and Milliken. Barkley will report directly to Welch.
