HIGH POINT — Rick Evans has been named president of Samuel Lawrence Hospitality, a division of Home Meridian International.
He replaces Quinn Decker, who has resigned from SLH.
Evans will be responsible for sales management and direction of the division. He reports to George Revington, CEO of HMI. Company officials said Evans brings a successful history of sales and leadership from the hospitality industry.
"Our hospitality business is successful and has grown through the years. This market segment has tremendous opportunity for additional expansion," said Revington, in a press release.
Evans most recently was vice president of Walters Wicker and previously held executive and other positions at American of Martinsville, Fleetwood Furniture and Sealy.
