HIGH POINT MARKET: CR-Home adds 2 groups to Southern Living line

Includes living room, dining room, bedroom, entertainment furniture

Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, October 19, 2009

AT THE MARKET - CR-Home, the residential furniture unit of Chromcraft Revington, has added two new collections to its Southern Living by CR-Home, a family of licensed furniture developed in under the Southern Living magazine brand.
David Yount, vice president of sales at Chromcraft Revington, said the company has added Gresham Park and Rittenhouse Square to its three existing Southern Living collections. As with the earlier groups, the new ones include living room, dining room, bedroom and entertainment furniture.
Gresham Park, which reinterprets a blend of traditional and classic silhouettes for today's lifestyles, features cherry veneers and hardwood solids and offers a choice of three bed styles - a spindle bed, a sleigh bed and a metal bed. Another signature item is a pie safe that features removable wine storage, classic hardware and integrated basket storage.
Rittenhouse Square is available in a mid-tone cherry finish and has clean, transitional lines. Its features include fully dovetailed drawers and a charging station on the nightstands.
Yount said the concept behind the Southern Living furniture is to allow the products to highlight various lifestyle categories and reflect the type of iconic furnishings featured in the magazine.
