Longtime sales representative Jerry Tugman dies
Had 45-year career in home furnishings

DETROIT —Jerry Tugman, a longtime sales representative here who was semi-retired, died Sunday, Oct. 18.
Tugman, who was born in 1941, spent 45 years in the home furnishings industry and represented companies including Cal-Style, Carter, Trica, Huppe and Star.
A friend described him as "a passionate guy who loved all of Detroit's best automobiles, and Edith Piaf."
He is survived by his wife.
