Perenack, who joined AICO two years ago as marketing assistant after working in television publicity for Warner Bros., reports to Mark Reyes, director of creative services.

AICO said it is expanding its marketing department and is building a multimedia server system. This will help the company provide its sales force and customers with additional point-of-purchase material, and give them access to numerous video and multimedia assets around the clock.

The company said it also is planning other ways to drive traffic to its dealers, including delivering multimedia to the Web and "using technology and innovation to effectively create a dynamic marketing campaign."

At AICO, Perenack has helped launch the Michael Amini Casual Impressions and Michael Amini ... etcetera divisions. In her new position, she will focus on corporate communications, writing product descriptions, and publicity campaigns.

"This promotion is well deserved for the efforts she has made in the company, and reflects the vital role she will be playing in the future image of our company," said Martin Ploy, executive vice president. "We wish her all the best and look forward to having her in this new position."
