Houston furniture store flew in nine consumers to shop for product

HIGH POINT — In three new videos posted on the Furniture/Today Web site, Senior Retail Editor Clint Engel follows two members of Gallery Furniture's consumer buying team around the High Point Market.
The Houston retailer brought nine consumers to High Point to show them the market, see what they liked, and let them come up with a list of products they think the store should buy. Gallery's professional buyers will go over the list and will add at least some of the consumers' choices to the sales floor.
