Accentage/Homefusion to open North Carolina warehouse

Will ship orders within 24 hours

Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, October 30, 2009

LEXINGTON, N.C. — Casual dining and home entertainment importer Accentage/Homefusion Furniture plans to have a new warehouse here stocked and open by Jan. 1.

It will support container customers nationwide and will service non-container customers in the Southeast, said David Witmer, a spokesman for the company. Orders can be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, he said.

The facility is within a multi-tenant Shelba D. Johnson Trucking warehouse. "Space available and ability to grow is unlimited, which is why we chose it," Witmer said.

The initial assortment will be about 100 SKUs of bestselling product.

Accentage/Homefusion also partners with a distributor, Mittleman's Furniture in Kansas City, Kan., to service customers.
