CONOVER, N.C. — Logistics provider Zenith Global Logistics has opened a regional freight hub in Tupelo, Miss. The new facility is Zenith's fifth U.S. freight hub and gives the company more than 4.5 million square feet of domestic warehouse space.
"Our new Tupelo hub will be handling pickups and deliveries, and then moving freight throughout the rest of our domestic and international network," said Jack Hawn, president and CEO. "Increased demand in the Mississippi and Alabama markets and surrounding area led us to make this decision."
Earlier this year, Zenith opened a 204,000-square-foot multi-tenant warehouse in Claremont, N.C. Hawn said the company is eyeing additional facilities in Seattle, Chicago, Orlando, Fla., and Elizabethtown, N.J.
