Bestar's stock shifting to Canadian National Stock Exchange

Furniture producer has been delisted from Toronto Stock Exchange

Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, November 3, 2009

TORONTO — Bestar's stock will shift to the Canadian National Stock Exchange this Friday, Nov. 6, and will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The ready-to-assemble furniture manufacturer had said earlier that it was planning the switch after its market value fell below the minimum required by the TSX.

CNSX officials said Monday that Bestar's listing has been approved. The company's ticker symbol will be BES. Listing information and documents for the company will be available in the CNSX Disclosure Hall.

The exchange said it was accepting applications for market makers for the stock.
