NEW YORK — Rose Tree Linens will debut the Oscar by Oscar de la Renta Collection at the New York Home Textiles Market later this month with a collection of seven beds.
In a preview of the Oscar beds, Lydia Rose, president of Rose Tree, noted, "They all have silk elements, whether duvet covers, comforters, bed skirts or accessories." In addition, she related, "All the trimmings were designed and made in Europe of the highest quality materials. All trims were designed for specific beds."
The inaugural collection is the first in a series that next will include the Couture Collection by Oscar de la Renta.
Said de la Renta, "I love the attention to detail that Rose Tree has devoted to my bedding collection. This collection is a natural progression for me after the success of my furniture program with Century. I look forward to the market and retail launches of this next exciting step in my home collection."
