Showtime Adds New Exhibitors
Staff Staff -- Furniture Today, June 13, 2005
The 31st Showtime fabric market to be held July 10 through 13 will feature products from 231 of the group's 259 members. Companies exhibiting hail from at least 17 countries and include 14 new exhibitors from the United States, Italy, China, Brazil and Canada.
Exhibitors are members of the International Textile Market Association, which hosts the exhibits and organizes a series of events.
Nine textiles design students (below) have been awarded the 2005 Virginia Jackson Design Awards sponsored by the ITMA Educational Foundation. The awards recognize and encourage textiles design students.
Winning designs were selected from 59 entries from nine schools.
The winners' designs will be displayed during the runway fashion show during Showtime on Monday, July 11, when first place winners will be present and receive their awards.
