Walnut solids and veneers highlight the new Elevation bedroom group from Zocalo. The pieces feature craftsman techniques such as spline mitre joinery and exposed, solid-wood frames, but with a contemporary profile and finish. The bed retails for $599.

2. RIVER FORKS IMPORTS

CenterPoint 1103

River Forks Imports brings out four new bedroom groups this market, including Orlando. The bed and cases feature recessed panels of book-matched veneer surrounded by a hand-carved molding.

3. RICHARDSON BROS.

IHFC G-382

Brighton, from Richardson Bros., is traditional with Louis Philippe elements in solid cherry. The 12 bedroom pieces are an addition to a dining set introduced in April.

4. BERMANFALK

Bermanfalk's new Parisian sleeping and living collection combines exotic Macassar ebony cases with elegant, richly colored maple bases.

5. SOMERTON

IHFC M-535

The 1950s inspired this retro Rhythm collection from Somerton Home Furnishings. Crafted with walnut veneers, the bed and cases feature a patented elliptical ornamentation.

New from Payne Street is this traditional three-drawer chest of drawers with concave shaping. The 42-inch-wide chest is made of acacia veneers and solids with solid-brass knobs.

Harden Furniture tells a solid-wood story with America's New Mission. The 24 case pieces include this blanket chest with inlaid copper and safety lid mechanism.

3. LIFESTYLE SOLUTIONS BY ELITE

Convertible sofa specialist Lifestyle Solutions by Elite continues growing its young case goods line with six new groups. The bedroom groups range from $999 to $1,599. This Sorento bedroom group is shown with a low-profile panel bed.

4. STICKLEY

225 N. Elm St.

Stickley adds new pieces to its licensed Williamsburg Reserve collection. This Charleston chest on chest, standing 88 inches high, is based on a piece in the Dewitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum. It is made of mahogany with optional swan-neck pediment and pierced crest board.

5. CRAWFORD FURNITURE

Market on Green 402

Crawford Furniture expands its American Rustic collection from April with three new finishes — Antique White, American Harvest and Autumn.
