Twin-Star International wins seven ADEX Awards

DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — Diverse products supplier Twin-Star International recently received seven Award for Design Excellence, or ADEX, Awards.

ADEX Awards are sponsored by Design Journal and recognize product design, architecture and design projects for home, office, hospitality furnishings and building materials. The top designs are featured in the April issue of Design Journal.

Entries are judged on usefulness of the application, originality and innovation, technical merit, efficient use of energy, innovation of components and cost optimization, among other attributes, a press release said.

Receiving top Platinum honors for Twin-Star was the Astoria electric fireplace. Gold honors went to the Baldwin Desk and the Lakeland home entertainment fireplace.

The Millennium home entertainment console, Beverage Cooler, Dakota Desk Pier and Axel bathroom vanity all received Silver honors.

"Our talented in-house designers and engineers combine their vast knowledge of furniture designs with the latest in consumer trends so we can continually offer an array of innovative and diversified home furnishings," Brian Brigham, Twin-Star director of marketing and public relations, said in a press release.

Twin Star has earned a total of 26 ADEX Awards including nine Platinum, nine Gold and eight Silver awards for products including electric fireplaces, bathroom vanities, home entertainment consoles, wine coolers and a kitchen island.
