Marlo Lorenz luxury line thrives in first year

New York – TheMarlo Lorenz signature 5 Star collection of limited edition luxury pillows and throws have reached the shelves of Neiman Marcus, Horchow, and other high-end retailers in the 11 months since the launch, the company said.
April 2007 will mark the first anniversary of 5 Star, which targets specialty boutiques and high-end department stores with. The latest iteration of the line employs rich dupioni and raw silks combined with supple cotton burlap, all variously adorned with turquoise nuggets, polished shells, coral, hammered metals coins, and charms.
“The primary goal of my signature collection was to offer sophistication, style and down right fun,” said Lorenz. The Marlo Lorenz collection is owned by Thro, Inc., which caters to volume retailers.
