Greenville, SC — 828 International is expanding its Cabana Joe Maui collection to include a new line of natural fiber rugs made of abaca. The company will launch these new offerings in October at the International Home Furnishings Market in High Point, NC.
"The tropical origin of the fiber, coupled with its environmental benefits and relaxed style make it a perfect addition to our Cabana Joe line," said Len Andolino, vp, sales and marketing.
The new rugs are power-loomed in four island-inspired designs: a textured field with banana-leaf border, a coordinating overall banana leaf pattern, a stylized trellis and a geometric square. Sizes include 3"1" x 5'3", 5'3" x 7'7", 7'10"x 11'2" and 8-foot rounds, with a suggested retail of $399 for a 5'3" x 7'7".
