Z-line taps Negovetich

San Ramon, Calif. — Home office and entertainment furniture source Z-Line Designs has hired John Negovetich as chief operating officer, a new position.
The company said he has expertise in financial management, strategic planning and multi-plant manufacturing operations. He was most recently with Central Garden and Pet Co., where he led more than $500 million in acquisitions.
"We're delighted to have John on board, a stellar addition to our team," said Jim Sexton, Z-Line's founder and CEO. "His experience will help us streamline our management systems, accelerate quality control measures and implement long-range planning goals."
