Exact Commerce promotes Jonathan Cochran to VP of sales, marketing
He fills new post for manufacturer, distributor; Vest named national sales manager

COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. — Manufacturer and distributor Exact Commerce USA has promoted Jonathan B. Cochran to vice president of sales and marketing, a new post, from national sales manager.
He reports to J. Terry Cochran, CEO of the company, whose products include furniture and architectural goods, game room furniture, billiard tables and lawn and garden tools.
Jonathan Cochran has been with the company for nine years, starting as territory manager and holding positions of increasing responsibility.
Richard Vest, Exact’s territory manager for North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia for the past two years, was promoted to national sales manager. He reports to Jonathan Cochran. Before joining Exact, Vest was regional account manager for Goldman & Co., a High Point-based furniture components supplier.
