Schnadig appoints Katz EVP of sales

Des Plaines, Ill. — Jeff Katz has been named to the new position of executive vice president of sales and merchandising for upholstery maker and case goods importer Schnadig.

He will oversee all of Schnadig's merchandising and marketing efforts as well as the sales organization. He reports to Don Belgrad, chairman and CEO.

Katz joined Schnadig in February as vice president of corporate sales and become vice president of sales and merchandising in July. Previously, he was senior vice president of sales and marketing at Broyhill. He will continue to work out of Schnadig's High Point, N.C., office.
