Deb Evans leaves JCPenney
Was a leader in developing home products

PLANO, Texas — Deb Evans has resigned, effective immediately, as vice president of product design and development at JCPenney.
Evans, who joined the retailer four years ago, had been one of the leaders in developing the JCPenney Home Collection, as well as the Chris Madden, Studio Collection and Cooks lines.
“It’s been a great experience, and we built four solid brands and I had four solid years of great performance,” said Evans. “I met and worked with some incredible talents. I am looking at the next stage of my professional development to identify what I want to achieve at the next level of excellence in my career.”
