Broyhill debuts 3 galleries

Lenoir, N.C. — Full-line furniture manufacturer and importer Broyhill, based here, has opened galleries in stores in British Columbia, Alabama and Florida
Bridge Interiors in Cranbrook, British Columbia, installed a 5,000-square-foot Broyhill gallery in its 26,000-square-foot store. Bridge, in business for eight years, serves Cranbrook and the East Kootneay region.
Karin and Ken Bridge are the store owners.
Furniture Country has a 12,000-square-foot Broyhill gallery in its 33,000-square-foot store in St. Augustine, Fla. The St. Augustine store is the Florida retailer's third unit. Furniture Country's flagship store is in Leesburg and the third unit is in Ocala. The company has just completed construction of a central warehouse and distribution center in Wildwood, Fla.
Ella Padgett and Larry Swor are the store owners.
TD's Fine Furniture Outlet in Sumiton, Ala., has opened a 7,500-square-foot Broyhill gallery in its 100,000-square-foot store. Tildon Drake and his son Tildon L. Drake founded TD's in 1986 with a 7,000-square-foot showroom. It grew to its present size with five expansions, and the assistance of family members and dedicated employees.
Butch Drake and Tildon Drake are the store owners.
Broyhill Furniture, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2005, offers a broad selection of furniture and accessories for every room in the home. It is a part of Furniture Brands International, also the parent of Drexel Heritage, Henredon, Maitland-Smith, Lane and Thomasville.
