HICKORY, N.C. — Fabric specialist and interior designer Jana Burvikovs has joined full-line furniture manufacturer Highland House as senior fashion director, a new position.
Burvikovs will be responsible for upholstery fabric direction and showroom design, and will be a liaison to work with dealers and designers on fashion direction for their stores.
"We are fortunate to have someone with Jana's taste and experience level to join us at such an important time for the company," said company President Parker Goss. "Jana's experience will be key for us as we prepare for the launch of the new Candice Olson collection of upholstery and case goods to be introduced in October."
Most recently, Burvikovs was vice president of design at Wesley Hall. She also had worked previously at Textile Fabrics Associates, Ethan Allen, Domain and Sitwell.
