Shannon Lee joins MMPI High Point team
Will lease temporary space in 2 buildings

HIGH POINT — Merchandise Mart Properties Inc. has Shannon Lee as director of leasing for MMPI properties here, a newly created position.
Lee most recently worked as a sales associate for High Point retailer Rose Furniture, where she booked more than $1 million in sales annually. Earlier, she was a sales representative for J. Douglas, representing 13 home accessories and gift manufacturers in eastern North Carolina.
At MMPI, Lee is responsible for the leasing of temporary exhibit space for the Suites at Market Square and Plaza Suites, as well as providing service to certain categories of manufacturers. She reports to Walt Goldsby, vice president of leasing for MMPI High Point.
“Shannon’s past experience as a furniture sales representative makes her an ideal addition to our leasing team,” said Goldsby. “Shannon has a unique understanding of the business environment of our current and prospective exhibitors, and therefore can help them maximize their investment in High Point.”
