AUSTIN, Texas — Case goods and upholstery importer Four Hands is expanding its Atlanta showroom to help showcase its new product initiatives. The showroom will grow by 1,500 square feet, bringing the total to about 7,300 square feet by the opening of the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, which will run Jan. 6-13. Four Hands shows in AmericasMart 11A-1.
The company said it will use the added space mostly to showcase its Bina and Boulevard brands.
Bina is produced by a subsidiary that Four Hands created this fall to sell goods developed in conjunction with Environment Furniture founder Thomas Bina. The line is made with exotic hardwoods from North America and South America.
Boulevard, which was launched earlier this year, is a line of sofas, sectionals, chairs, ottomans, beds and chaises that includes 33 frames and 38 fabric selections. These are produced in Mexico. Custom orders currently have an eight-week lead time, and the company plans to reduce this in the coming months.
