Liverpool, N.Y. — Raymour & Flanigan Furniture has opened a 63,072-square-foot showroom at 200 Route 17 North in Paramus, N.J.
The new, two-story facility is the retailer's 12th store in the New York metro area and its 70th companywide.
Raymour & Flanigan also has opened stores recently in Watchung, N.J.; Wilmington, Del.; and Farmingdale, N.Y., on Long Island.
This year, the company expects to finish construction at its Liverpool, N.Y., headquarters campus to accommodate the growth. A 380,600-square-foot addition to the retailer's distribution center there is already completed. The former Gaylord Inds. building, which the retailer purchased in 2006, will house the Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Leadership Development Institute, to open in the first quarter of this year.
