Oriental Weavers promotes Rives

Dalton, Ga. — Butch Rives has been named Midwest regional manager for the Sphinx brand of Oriental Weavers USA, according to Mike Riley, president.
Rives, a 30-year industry veteran, has been a territory manager for Sphinx for five years. Earlier, he was with Horizon Carpet Mills and Diamond Carpet Mills as a sales representative and a regional manager.
"Rives' level of experience and extensive knowledge of the industry make him a true asset to our company," said Riley. "His proven success in territory management and commitment to the company's aggressive growth plan will play an integral role in the ongoing develop of the region."
Oriental Weavers USA is a division of Cairo, Egypt-based Oriental Weavers Group.
