Binke joins Comfort Solutions

Hinsdale, Ill. — Top 10 bedding producer Comfort Solutions has hired bedding veteran David Binke as executive vice president of sales.

Binke, who reports to President Dave Roberts, is the third senior executive to join the company in recent weeks. Mark Wozniak, formerly of Sealy, and Mike Rakauskas, formerly of Spring Air, were other high-profile hires.

Binke's experience includes retail stints in the department store and mass-merchant channels, and several years at Spring Air licensees in Los Angeles and Tampa, Fla.

"As a brand, our goal is to be more aggressive in traditional channels of distribution," Roberts said. "To do that we need experienced, seasoned veterans like David Binke who have retail experience."

He said Comfort Solutions is looking to fill another senior-level position in sales.
