AHFA promotes Bowling

High Point — The American Home Furnishings Alliance has promoted Patricia Bowling to vice president of communications.
She has been director of communications since 2000 for the 475-member trade association, which serves manufacturers and importers of residential furnishings.
Her responsibilities include managing the Media Center for the High Point Market, which hosts hundreds of journalists who cover the show each spring and fall.
Bowling is a 20-year veteran of the home furnishings industry, having served as a writer, editor, publisher and association executive.
