Home/showroom will be auctioned
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, March 11, 2007
High Point — A historic North Main Street home here that once was a showroom for Paramount Furniture will be sold at auction on March 22.
The prairie-style home built in 1902 was renovated in 2004 and is suitable for office, retail or showroom use, said Audie Cashion, president of Audie Cashion Auctions. He said the property has a published reserve price of $485,000, which means the owner must sell the property at any bid at or above that price.
The main building has about 5,600 square feet. The property also includes a 2,500-square-foot warehouse.
