Tri-State Home Furnishing Assn. to honor Kenneth Gilberg

PHILADELPHIA — Tri-State Home Furnishings Assn. will honor Kenneth Gilberg, an attorney at Cherry Hill, N.J.-based Flaster/Greenberg PC with the 2013 Humanitarian Award at its annual awards dinner this fall.
Gilberg, who works in the firm's Philadelphia offices, has been an active member of the Tri-State HFA for several years and serves as the organization's preferred legal counsel.
Earlier this year, Gilberg was the recipient of the 2013 Gold Medallion Honoree by Golden Slipper Club and Charities, a non-profit organization supporting programs and services for the greater Philadelphia area's youth, needy and elderly.
He also received the 2010 Jewish Business Network Leadership Award from the Jewish Business Network, a project of the Jewish Heritage Programs dedicated to the success of the Jewish professional community.
He serves as co-chair of the Flaster/Greenberg's Automotive Industry Group and is a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. Gilberg primarily represents employers in employment, labor, and human resources issues and is experienced representing management before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor and other administrative agencies.
