NEW TAZEWELL, Tenn. — Upholstery and occasional furniture manufacturer England Furniture recognized several employees for outstanding performance during last month's High Point Market.
Kerry Schut, England's Michigan representative, received the large territory award; Josh Weeks, Colorado, south Wyoming and west Nebraska representative, received the medium territory award; and Dee Elrod, west Texas and New Mexico, won the small territory award.
England recognized Tom and Sherry Bernar with the Mr. D Award for their work in Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan.
The company also introduced the Trailblazer award, recognizing sales representatives who "make a significant inroad" into challenging markets. Colleen Vosburg received the award for her work in Montana, Idaho and parts of Oregon, Washington and Wyoming.
"While we take pride in recognizing exceptional performance, we are ever mindful of the contribution made by our collective sales force," said Otis Sawyer, president of England, in a statement. "It is one of our greatest assets and we are grateful to each and every one of our factory ambassadors."
