Edwards will sign book in P.A.M.A space

By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, March 25, 2007

Elizabeth Edwards, author, cancer survivor and wife of Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards, will appear at market on Wednesday, March 28, to sign copies of her book, "Saving Graces."

She will be in the P.A.M.A. Furniture space, Market Square 217, at 2 p.m.

P.A.M.A. also is accepting bids on a pair of custom-made occasional chairs, with the last bids to be taken at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 31. Proceeds from sale of the chairs will be donated to the University of North Carolina's Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, in Mrs. Edwards' honor.

Her book retails for $24.95, with a portion of the proceeds going to a local cancer outreach group, The Pink Ribbon. Julie Samuels, lead person at the High Point Regional Hospital Community Outreach Cancer Center, arranged for a representative of Barnes & Noble bookstore to be in the showroom to make Edwards' book available for sale.

B.A. Ferrell, owner and designer at The Total Concept, a design firm in Raleigh, N.C., introduced Mrs. Edwards to P.A.M.A., the company said.
