Sleep shop chain honors Comfor-Pedic as top mfr.

Seattle — Specialty bedding producer Comfor-Pedic has been honored by retailer Today's Bedroom One and Mattress Gallery as Manufacturer of the Year 2006.

Comfor-Pedic received the award after its first year as a supplier to the Indianapolis-based sleep shop chain.

"The Comfor-Pedic product assortment is one of the finest we have ever offered to the public," said Jeffrey Hanna, president of Today's Bedroom One. "Comfor-Pedic is ... far exceeding the traditional designs we have sold for years. In addition, we have enjoyed a 50%-plus increase in growth of our visco beds."
