Long named Solutions VP

High Point — Patrick Long has joined Solutions, a marketing unit of Home Meridian International that sells to non-traditional furniture merchants, in the newly created position of vice president, national accounts.

Home Meridian also is the parent of Pulaski Furniture, SLF and Creations.

Long, most recently vice president of sales at Legacy Classic, will work with Kevin Ehle, also a vice president of Solutions, to develop products through partnerships with major retailers and specialty stores.

"This is a great time to have such a talented professional joining our team," said Solutions President Jim Kelly in a statement. "Patrick brings a wealth of experience to his new position as well as enormous enthusiasm."

The company is introducing case goods collections and accent pieces at this week's High Point Market in the SLF showroom at 220 Elm.
