Anton is new Nicoletti sales VP

High Point — Jim Anton has joined Italian upholstery producer Nicoletti as vice president of sales for the United States.

Anton, a 20-year furniture veteran, was with BenchCraft and Soft Line.

At Nicoletti, he succeeds Gianni Tucci, who has been promoted to senior vice president for the United States, a new position.

Anton reports to Tucci, who oversees the company's 25-member sales force.
