Joan CEO steps down

Consulting firm to run supplier

Tyngsboro, Mass. — Elkin McCallum, chairman, president and CEO of furniture industry supplier Joan Fabrics, has announced that he has stepped down as president and CEO. He remains on the board of directors.

Financial and management firm Carl Marks Advisory Group has been hired to operate Joan Fabrics, reporting to the board of directors.
