Chromcraft names Hanna to manage CR-Home dining

By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, April 22, 2007

Chromcraft Furniture President Mike Hanna will assume responsibility for all CR-Home casual dining product, including that of sister company Cochrane.

The responsibilities had been handled by each CR-Home company instead of under a common corporate umbrella.

Hanna reports to David Corbin, corporate senior vice president of CR-Home, the furniture brand of Chromcraft Revington Inc., and will help develop wood, mixed media, metal and customized casual dining.

He has nearly 30 years experience working with Chromcraft Revington companies, and more than a decade in sales management for Chromcraft. He also spent four years as president of Peters-Revington, another sister company.

Hanna was named president of Chromcraft Furniture in 2000.

"We welcome the perspective, knowledge and experience Mike brings to the Chromcraft Revington product development team," said Corbin.

Corbin said the product development team will leverage the company's domestic manufacturing and global sources to deliver quality casual dining product at promotional through middle to upper-middle price points.

"This expanded leadership role allows me to utilize my experience across several of the Chromcraft Revington brands and facilities, and participate in the expansion of an already recognized market leader," said Hanna.

CR-Home includes Chromcraft, Peters-Revington, Silver, Cochrane and Sumter furniture brands.
