Drexel Heritage, Coldwell Banker team up

High Point — Drexel Heritage is partnering with Coldwell Banker for the real estate firm's third annual marketing campaign and sweepstakes.
Coldwell Banker plans a $3.5 million advertising blitz in May designed to drive traffic to its Web site. Drexel Heritage, part of Furniture Brands International, is providing prizes for the online sweepstakes. In return, the Coldwell Banker site will include a link to Drexel's site.
"We are very excited about the National Open House Event," said Lenwood Rich, president and chief operating officer. "It's the perfect vehicle to draw new homeowners to Drexel Heritage at a time when home furnishings are uppermost in their minds."
One Grand Prize is offered, of $20,000 in Drexel Heritage furniture as well as an interior design consultation. There will be four $5,000 first prizes, one per week, in Drexel Heritage gift certificates. Downloadable Drexel Heritage rewards for new homeowners also will be available during May.
Drexel Heritage will be mentioned in the firm's TV spots and will appear in a May House & Garden ad.
