LOS ANGELES — Karel Exposition Management said its 22nd Los Angeles Furniture & Accessory Market here in late April drew 2,000 buyers to see exhibitors occupying 600 spaces in the Los Angeles Convention Center.
“Taking into account a weak economy, buying was brisk,” said Larry Karel, president of KEM.
The semiannual trade show is one of largest of its kind on the West Coast. Karel said he has gotten positive feedback about the April show, and that exhibitors already have claimed 60% of the spaces for the next LA market, set for Oct. 27-29.
“It looks like an early sellout for the October show,” he said.
Information on the show is available from Karel Exposition Management at (305) 792-9990.
