Lawrenceville, N.J. — Color technology specialist Datacolor has launched a dyeing unit for the textile industry called Ahiba IR.
According to the company, the Ahiba IR unit simulates the production dyeing process, optimizing the correlation between recipes developed in the laboratory and bulk recipes processed in production, reducing the time required to bring finished goods to market.
Jeff Fain, product manager, said the new unit adheres to quality standards while enabling fast, cost-effective production.
"With the rise of global sourcing and supply chain management, Datacolor color technology solutions are critical tools to help companies manage color and effectively compete by bringing new products to market quickly," Fain said.
