Fairfield Chair honors Smith

Lenoir, N.C. — Upholstery and occasional furniture manufacturer Fairfield Chair has honored Rick Smith as its Salesman of The Year.
Smith, a 40-year Fairfield veteran, is responsible for sales in Pennsylvania, Delaware and southern New Jersey.
"We are especially pleased to honor Rick with this award, because of his dedication to Fairfield and his understanding of our company's direction," said Dick Posey, Fairfield president. "Rick has always been a top sales producer, but his dedication to his dealers and his ability to work with the order entry and customer service staff at our factory is outstanding. He is always willing to share his knowledge of sales and service techniques with other reps, especially those new to the sales force."
The award is in memory of longtime Vice President James W. Clark.
