Donna Adams to manage customer service for Zenith Global Logistics

CONOVER, N.C. — Logistics provider Zenith Global Logistics has named Donna M. Adams as its customer service manager.
In her new post, Adams will be responsible for day-to-day management of the customer service team, which handles delivery rescheduling, tracking and tracing of shipments, claims, freight transfers and proof of delivery.
She reports to Michael Echerd, chief operating officer.
Most recently, Adams was manager of process excellence for Charlotte, N.C.-based Polymer Group. Earlier, she was the company's group customer service manager, and also worked as customer service and logistics manager for GreCon Dimter Inc., in Connelly Springs, N.C.

Zenith is a specialized furniture carrier and third-party logistics provider devoted to the home furnishings industry. The company owns and operates a truck fleet, and has more than 3.5 million square feet of warehouse space in nine states.
