Valdese, N.C. — Fabric supplier Valdese Weavers was the successful bidder for the Circa 1801/Doblin residential fabrics and Guild 360 contract fabrics segments of Joan Fabrics at an auction of Joan's assets last week in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.
