AUBURN HILLS, Mich. — Top 100 furniture store Gardner-White announced it is now offering same-day delivery at all of its stores seven days a week.
The company said that its estimated $50 million in furniture and mattress inventory is helping to ensure that any piece of furniture, including mattresses, is available for same-day delivery.
The company said that complete rooms, including those with 50-inch to 60-inch TVs included in the promotion, will be available for same-day delivery. The service is available for the company's standard furniture delivery charge and same-day delivery on most mattresses is free.
Customers can also track their order on a new website application called Dispatch Track, which can be seen at www.gardner-white.com.
"This is an age of consumer gratification," said Steve Tracey, Gardner-White CEO. "Once someone falls in love with a piece of furniture, she wants it in her home right away. This is the best way we could improve the Gardner-White experience. Our same day option means we can accommodate everyone's busy lifestyle."
According to its website, Gardner-White has 11 locations in Michigan, including two within Best Buy locations. It had an estimated $100 million in revenues in 2012 according to Furniture/Today's latest Top 100 U.S. Furniture Stores report.
