Reverie launches portal for online retail support

Reverie’s new dealer portal offers easy access to product company brochures, marketing materials and other information.
Online at www.reverie.com/dealer-portal/, the portal is a one-stop resource on Reverie product information designed to educate retail sales associates and to provide ready-to print marketing materials for easy in-store promotion, the company said. Reverie is a manufacturer of adjustable beds, mattresses and pillows to the trade and directly to consumers.
Each Reverie dealer will have an assigned username and password information. Once logged in, dealers can view a variety of Reverie brochures, marketing materials, product specification sheets, warranty and repair details as well as designated sales team contact information.
Online access ensures key information is easily available to all dealer employees, officials said.
"In the sales process, communication is paramount and that's why we want to make it even easier for our dealers and their entire team to access our product information," said Raymond Totaro, Reverie's vice president of sales.
"The ability to print a brochure on-the-spot for a customer or to easily find the answer to their questions is invaluable," he said. "It gives consumers confidence in the retailer and our product. Of course, it's also a win-win for us to provide marketing materials to our dealers. We know that if we offer well-produced content that's easily accessible it will result in higher attachment rates and increased sales overall."
The dealer portal builds upon the recent relaunch of Reverie's website, which is designed around the tagline "Sleep Well Tonight. Live Better Tomorrow," and features content about the benefits of healthy, restorative sleep.
