Sunny Designs expanding its showroom at Las Vegas Market

LAS VEGAS — Case goods manufacturer Sunny Designs says it is expanding its space at the winter Las Vegas Market to accommodate a larger mix of new and inline product.
The company said it has signed a five-year lease for a 20,130-square-foot showroom in World Market Center B-1180. It previously occupied about 13,000 square feet in two adjoining spaces on the eighth floor of Building B, where it had shown since 2007.
Sunny Designs said it needs the additional space for a growing product mix made available from its expanding China plant and a new plant that is coming on line in Surabaya, Indonesia.
At the Jan. 28-Feb.1 market, it plans to show four new bedroom groups, two new library walls, 10 new fireplace consoles, 10-15 new TV consoles, five new entertainment walls and some new accent items.
