Reclining chairs include:

  • Laredo, authentic quartersawn American oak Mission-style chair with loose seat construction, soft bustle back. Equipped with easy-to-operate, push-arm, three-position lounger mechanism. Leather, $1,299; fabric, $899.

  • Highlands, small-scale swivel glider recliner with tufted bustle back, soft arms and inside handle activation. Leather, $1,199; fabric, $899.

  • LeMans, a contemporary track-arm recliner, features soft radius lines, loose seat construction and soft foam back. Three-position mechanism.

Available cover applications include fabric, leather plus, all leather or all top-grain leather.

Baseline Sports

Expanding microfiber upholstery assortment with product devoted to Major League Baseball teams, as well as college and other sports licenses. Motion, stationary and kids' recliners in an array of fan-friendly themes.

  • Three recliners with exclusive "shape-fitting technology," traditional design, $1,299.

  • Lift chair, 600-pound capacity, casual contemporary chaise, $1,799.

  • A small-scale traditional pub-back chaise recliner and a contemporary recliner chaise, $399 each.

  • Contemporary home theater recliner featuring lighted cupholders and base, $699.

  • Home theater sectional, contemporary, $1,399.

  • Hammock chaise gains three additions.

  • Broadening Berkline/BenchCraft Custom Express program.

  • Debuting pressback recliner option. New mechanism, offered on 19 new and existing recliners, allows back to be pressed all the way into a full-layout position without using the handle or having the kick-out open. Still features a rocking mechanism and can rock while the back is pressed back.

  • Transitional U-shaped conversation motion group, U435RA4/L435RA4/4MW34, has hidden handles on the inside of sofa and loveseat, with outside handle on the matching recliner. Latter is available in a choice of six base options: wallhugger, pressback, rocker, swivel rocker, glider or swivel glider.

  • Traditional motion group, S415RA4/L415RA4/4MW14, offers tight, arched, bustle back; padded wings; tight, smooth seat; and rolled arms.

  • Responding to customer demand, offering C3047AI, a wood glider rocker with white finish. The new Aged Ivory finish mixes off-white with subtle distress markings. Buttons have been added to traditional sleigh-back glider for a stylish look. Glider and matching ottoman available as co-pack. Also available in distressed pecan.

Brooks Furniture

  • Glider specialist is adding upholstered leather rocker recliners and one pushback model as part of an expanded Chinese import program. Dressed in top-grain leather, the rocker recliners include No. 061 in chocolate, toffee and burgundy at $849, or No. 051 in chocolate, toffee and bone at $799. With patented Leggett & Platt Omega mechanisms, each recliner is constructed of hardwood parts, which are nailed, corner blocked, and bolted together for long-lasting construction. The back construction has no-sag-springs running vertically, along with elastic webbing running horizontally. Seat also has no-sag springs with elastic webbing running vertically and horizontally. Seat cushions are made of high-density polyurethane foam wrapped around a coil spring seat unit consisting of a minimum of 56 individually wrapped springs.

  • For its 22 Glider Series, adding the Gladiator, a massive postback glider in Legacy Oak finish. Featuring raised end panels, distressed wood, oversized arms, back post and cushions. Wide seating area with plush tufted back. Seat and back cushions are Dacron wrapped. $599, with matching ottoman available.

  • Expanding the Comfort Choices motion assortment of sofas, loveseats and seating wedges with Softie, a deep, plush, biscuit-tufted group with companion reclining chaise; sofa, $799.

  • Temptation, a contemporary group dressed in Leather-Touch with chaise seating; sofa, $999.

  • Blockbuster, in a choice of motion sofa, loveseat, rocker, features a textured chenille cover, decorative bolster pillows, drop-down table, built-in massage and cup holders; sofa, $699.

  • Ovation offers a full reclining chaise pad seat on sofa, loveseat or rocker recliner styles; durable suede cloth cover; sofa, $599.

  • Recliners include Laredo, a large chaise rocker recliner in faux leather, $349; and Blaster, a rocker recliner in durable suede cloth, $299.

The Boss recliner, constructed to hold up to 300 pounds, offers a large person's chair with full recline. Extra-long footrest; cover is Culp's Heroic; $499.

Dutailier

The Matrix Glider collection, totally adaptable to a person's size and body shape. Consumers can choose from various components to create their own comfort story. From seat to back, from armrest length to the mechanism, the glider can be adapted to suit their build. Four urban contemporary models are offered in a choice of fabric covers. Patent pending.

Ekornes

The Stressless brand, from Norway, launches Jazz, featuring simple lines, an elegant base and a visible stainless steel frame. Design features include a curved headrest and steel accents. As with all Stressless recliners, a choice of two sizes allows for maximum comfort for varying body types.

Flexsteel

  • Vail, a transitional silhouette, dressed in casual base cloth, with tapered block legs. Tailoring based on a popular stationary model.

  • St. Albert, a pair of wing chair recliners now available in fabric covers. Choice of ball and claw or Chippendale leg.

  • Jet Stream is a streamlined home theater group that can be configured from one to multiple seats, with interchangeable armrests.

Franklin Corp.

  • A contemporary with full padover chaise covered in imported padded suede, $349.

Lane Home Furnishings

IHFC C-800

The Continental collection, an assortment of imported motion upholstery, is being shown following its Las Vegas debut. As part of Lane's new container-direct motion program, the collection is produced in partnership with a Chinese factory, and features motion sofas, sectionals, loveseats and snugglers in leather and microsuede. With dedicated stock in China, delivery is seven to eight weeks; $699 to $1,399 for suede, $899 to $1,999 for leather.

La-Z-Boy

Carson, a complete motion group with sofa, loveseat and UltraPlush reclining chair, sports an up-to-date faux leather/fabric combination cover. Various inline fabrics also available.
